Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick appeared on Tucker Carlson with an absurd notion that the elderly would prefer to die from Coronavirus than to damage the economy.

I never understand conservatives. I've always loathed Patrick but obviously a lot of people like and agree with him. This seems like such an outrageous thing to say but I imagine people will support him. I just really can't understand why.

6. I would prefer to see

republican politicians die first. This is their mess, for not doing SOMETHING about the orange mistake. Hopefully there will be a Blue Wave in November that will end the "careers" (money grubbing) of people such as this clown. Does he have parents? They must be SO proud of him.

As if they are stupid! They're own politicians think they are idiots and gets away with it.

When I have to talk with one of them it takes such an effort to try to get through to them with just basic logic...I have mostly given up and sometimes start out conversations with "He's an idiot and will kill us all". Keeps them quiet at least.
