"Upper trump"

"Downer trump"

"Upper trump" = flying high on snorted Adderall. It's all there. The manic behavior, the sweating and reddening of his face, the ramming together of words and phrases, and the voice pitch, higher than normal, and all that sniffing.

"Downer trump" = the valium he takes, trying to stabilize, when too much Adderall is coursing through his blood steam and making him physically-ill. In this stage, he's lethargic, stammering, stumbling and slurring over his words, a certain sing-song cadence of his speech interrupted by moments of silence as he gropes to find his place in his thoughts.

trump is a junkie.
