Projectile-Vomit Warning: McConnell Interview Re Tweets, House Bills, and Supreme Court Vacancies.

(Sorry, I know some of you won't watch a Fox News youtube video, but I couldn't find it anywhere else.) Here are some particularly cringeworthy parts to Turtleface's interview today:

1. Despite being the leader of a co-equal branch of government, McConnell is still an INCREDIBLE chickenshit. McConnell touts Barr's comment about Trump's tweets making it impossible to do his job. (Indeed! His job is to subvert the DOJ to Trump's political purposes, and Trump's constant DRAWING OF ATTENTION to it in public makes it harder to do! It's hard to rob a bank while your mob boss keeps shining the spotlight on you, and braying "Look how BEAUTIFULLY my boy is robbing that bank for me!" ) McConnell says that Barr objects to Trump's tweets, and Trump should listen to him. Then, five times in the first minute of the interview, Baier tries to get McConnell to say whether he AGREES with Barr or not, and he refuses ever time. An unbelievable profile in cowardice.

2. Trump and McConnell always call the House Democrats the 'do nothing Democrats.' Baier asks him if it's TRUE that the House has passed 395 bills that are languishing in the Senate grave years, and McConnell is forced to admit it's true. So, he's forced to change his tune from saying the Democrats haven't passed any legislation, to saying all the legislation they've passed is too 'left wing' for us. (Check out the 6:30 mark.)

3. Finally, the most UP-CHUCKING MOMENT of the interview. Check out the 7:57 mark. Baier asks McConnell about his refusal to fill the SCOTUS vacancy during the last year of the Obama Administration, and asks if he'd fill a SCOTUS vacancy for Trump between now and November. I've never seen a turtle put on such a display of cognitive yoga...but he said YES! Of COURSE! And then makes up a NEW rule, literally claiming that you only block SCOTUS appointments during the final year before an election when the President and Senate are of different Parties.

Seriously, FUCK YOU, Mitch. Trump is a sick man, but you...you're real healthy. You're just the slimiest excuse for a human being I've ever seen.
