or Romney would have sided with them.
Collins is only out for Collins otherwise she will vote along party lines whenever she is ordered to and in this case they did not need her to.
Romney only voted the way he did because he is largely immune from Trump for awhile and because he probably is playing the game of portraying himself as another independent Republican in the hopes that it will help him when he next runs for President.
