And if one thinks Romain Lettuce out breaks are bad,you ain't seen nothing yet.

(34,661 posts)monitoring this daily. My Guess is,Smithfield,Tyson,and Cargill will be the ones who dump their Inspectors. BTW,Smithfield is China owned. Tyson has had viral issues for years. Cargill is a mixed bag. Hormel seems to be the only one not going in that direction. Another one to watch out for is JBS/Swift-Ekrich. Brazilian owned and known for questionable operations.
We will be doing our Pork from a know source from here on out.

It will cost more so you will eat less meat. A win for you, the farmer, and the earth.

(34,661 posts)Gets a bit spendy,but,we do work a rounds a couple times a year. We use a small Meat Market in SW Minny . UPS and Dry Ice.

(16,856 posts)All you have to do is buy precooked hams. You won't even notice the hairs and the entrails. And of course, the viruses or whatever will get cooked out anyway. What you can't see or taste won't hurt you.

(31,261 posts)Getting tagged for selling contaminated food can stay with a company, the better companies work like hell to avoid making contaminated food. Stay away from the typically cheaper producers, they already cut a lot of corners.
