That he agrees with Bolton shows he neither understands Bolton's role in sabotaging negotiations nor why the talks are deadlocked. Why would he stoop to answering the amateurish "he got played" question? It's a simplistic frame for the uniformed.
"Who's zoomin who?" would be a more appropriate street level analysis.
