He could shoot someone in downtown NYC and not lose any voters, etc. Or, the stable genius is too good to get caught. Or, he is doing such a fabulous job as president, that people will not care about his crimes.

What if he kept his family peanut farm and declared the Peanut as the national snack food for the United States? Every grocery store, ballpark, restaurant and popular attraction in the US would have sold peanuts to show their patriotism! And what if the Carter Family Peanut Farm packaged little cellophane bags of peanuts with their logo (and the American flag) printed on it, and Billy Carter was made executive manager of the family operation? My God the Carter family could have made billions off of that. Such a shame that nobody thought of it!
