My dear departed father, of beloved memory, a career ambassador and foreign service officer, just like so many who were summarily fired at the beginning of the Trump administration under Rex Tillerson, is probably rolling over in his grave now to see how far US diplomacy has fallen since Trump took office. Even Baby Bush, who got us into the war in Iraq based on lies, did not slash and burn US diplomacy like Trump, but kept it largely intact.
But are the diplomatic crimes and travesties of the Trump administration way too highbrow for the average Trump supporter and MAGAT to understand? Perhaps the most glaring and easy to understand example of a Trump diplomatic travesty is how he allows absolutely no witnesses or interpreters from the American side in on his top secret meetings with Vladimir Putin - putting the US at risk for diplomatic and military blackmail, of course. Or, he is going into this top secret meeting, with no American witnesses present, to receive secret instructions from his real lord and master - Putin. Or, if they still don't get it, you say to them, "Who knows what the heck is going on in there? For all we know, Trump could be getting screwed in the derriere, or receiving a butt fuck if they still don't get it, from his dear uncle Vlad the Impaler.
