What gets me, even more, are the Rep. Katie Porters, Lauren Underwoods, Dab Haalands, Johanna Hayes of the congress who aren't necessarily out front, but nonetheless bring it in a different way; one that works for their constituency.

2. I would give a great deal to have Katie Porter as my Rep.

She smart, informed and very proactive, I wish we could clone her! I have Elise Stefanik, Paul Ryan protegee, who doesn't support impeachment! There are regular protests in front of her local office, but she is not big on public appearances. She refuses to publicize her schedule ahead of time since protesters regularly show up. So much for working for constituents!

3. Great interview!

I love Katie Porter. The more I hear from her, the more impressed I am. I would really like to see her go far in politics. She is very devoted to her constituents, but I think she would be very powerful on a national stage with a bit more experience. She knows her stuff and she does her homework.

She may be new to the national stage, but she's smarter than most of the more experienced individuals she's charged with questioning. She's also incredibly diligent, unlike certain others we could name. I have a feeling we'll be hearing a lot more from her, too - and I wish she was my Rep!
