Related: About this forumAnybody here watching "The Loudest Voice" about Roger Ailes and Fox News?
I just watched episode 2. The show is riveting and Ailes is portrayed as a revolting, disgusting slob who gets sexual favors from women working for him and films them. This episode deals with Obama winning the White House and how Fox News is planning on bringing him down. this is instructive.
If we only knew then what we would be getting now...

(102,360 posts)to the towers going down, how they covered it, with a very early determination that they were going to use it to incite Americans to fear Muslims (he even forced his producers to show the jumpers from the flaming towers) and began his xenophobic ("patriotic" ) direction. Further he starts linking 9/11 to Iraq, aiding Cheney in his desire to promote wmd's and the false 9/11 linkage as reasons to topple S. Hussein.
On edit, I just reread your first post. If the segment was discussing Obama, that was actually episode 3.
