is that these officers never thought for one instant that they would get caught. Is this kind of behavior so prevalent that they no longer think twice before making false claims ? They just assume this is acceptable and there will be no repercussions.

A sad indictment on law enforcement these days.

It makes me sad that for each good cop out there -- AND THERE ARE GOOD COPS OUT THERE, FOLKS -- that there are power trippers like these two.

had to omit or falsify in order to save a fuck-up by a co-worker.

Its just that cell phones are causing a lot of them to get caught.

What? Do we have one of these every three or four weeks? How many are not caught?

If they are good cops then they have to breach that blue wall and report on their fellow officers if they do anything illegal, unethical, or even borderline....If they don't then they aren't good cops, they are complicit.
