Lobbyists Are 'Solution,' Government Is 'Enemy' - GOP Senate Candidate (Denny Rehberg)

"Montana Rep. Denny Rehberg has been pounding Democratic Sen. Jon Tester over lobbyist fundraising in their tight Senate race, but Rehberg declared last year in a meeting with the influence peddlers that he probably would have chosen their profession over his own if he had been "smart."

And further, he declared they were not only honorable, but that he could not do his job without them.

Rehberg made those assertions speaking to the American League of Lobbyists in October at an event that was recorded. The recording was forwarded to The Huffington Post by the Tester campaign...".* The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

Repugs have to be part of government, so they can keep breaking it, continue to obstruct, and make sure it isn't working as it's supposed to. Then they can point to it, show the results of their efforts, and argue more convincingly that government is the problem. And while they're engaged in this subversion, they can pay off their buddies and steal whatever they can grab.

They always bad mouth the gov't.They always want to run for a gov't office. They never flinch to taking those gov't paychecks. If they really wanted to cutback on gov't they would either not work for such a horrible group or they would refuse to take a filthy dime from them. We have the R's.the D's and the largest group of all--the H GROUP--hypocrites.
