that you cannot be in public wearing any facial distorting materials, or make up, designs, etc.

china is using public cams to add to the social profiles they are keeping on people. Said profiles can collect positive as well as negative information, and those who do not make the "right" scores can be denied jobs,, education, rentals, etc. Those who make the right scores can be rewarded with better social benefits.
