'Walmart Wendy' calls cops on a city worker for looking 'illegal' and creepy' and asks police dispatcher if they are from Africa - but insists her outburst isn't racist because her 'dad is black'

The shocking altercation between the woman and the South California Edison contract worker occurred at a Glendora Walmart on Monday
Worker had reportedly asked the woman if she could move her car so that he could properly park his company truck
But the irate woman calls police, and tells them he 'looks illegal'
She even asks the police dispatcher if they are African, and asserts that she can not be racist because her 'dad is black'
She shouts at a bystander: 'My dad is black, don't call me a racist, a**hole'
The woman also states that her little nephew is Italian, Mexican and 'aloha''

Instead, footage shows the woman calling police and telling them that the man is an 'illegal' and is being 'creepy' because he is filming her.

'Walmart Wendy' claims that the contract worker 'came out of the bushes' and accuses him of pretending to be an electrical worker.

When a random bystander steps in and asserts that the man normally works with a group of electric workers, the racist woman yells that the man 'looks illegal from Mexico,' and is 'speaking broken English.'

The woman asks the cameraman if he can show her documentation, and when a bystander calls her 'super racist,' she asserts that she can not be because her 'dad is black.'

'My dad is black, don't call me a racist, as*hole,' she shouts. 'My dad is f******g black.'

As the bystanders stands by their 'racist' assessment, the woman also states that her little nephew is 'Italian, Mexican and 'aloha'.'

At one point in the video, she even asks the police dispatcher: 'Do you live here? Are you from Africa?'

The video has quickly gone viral since it was posted on Monday, garnering more than 5,500 shares.

People in the video's comments also called her out for being problematic and outright racist.

She should be issued a citation, at least an official warning, for this frivolous misuse of law enforcement officers' time.

They need to start citing and fining these idiots for calling the police and wasting their time when they could be out looking for actual criminals
A few fines and having to stand before a judge, might make these idiots think twice

Every other word was "fuck," FFS!

This is why I avoid WalMart. That, and the fact that they don't pay their employees living wages while the Waltons live beyond the dreams of avarice!

she sure as hell embarrassed them mightily!

When I was a kid, I heard a relative ask my GI father who was being transferred to the Orient whether he would leave my ethnic mother and me behind when he returned. Words a six-year-old never forgets... Point is having ethnic relatives does not make you less racist. She did not identify herself as black, just a father (so stepfather most likely). And I can hardly believe he taught her to act like this!

I've told the story before. My parents were liberals. Then never bothered to 'carefully teach' me about race. When I was about 6 I was going to have a birthday party and so went around inviting my friends to come to the party. A couple of them asked me something along the lines of: "Are you going to invite that black kid you are always hanging with?". I had NO idea who they were talking about. Turns out they were talking about my best friend. Since my parents had always treated everyone the same way, that's want I learned as well and never even noticed skin color. I had to go and knock on my friends door and do a double take when his father answered the door and it turned out the family was black.

That is how you (don't) teach your kids. If you ain't taught there's a difference, then there isn't one.

pay her the same rate what some of the cashiers are making.
I have told her to go to Publix but she is scared of changing jobs even though Publix pays far better compared to Walmart.

I get that she thought it looked suspicious him coming out of the bushes (I'm guessing he was using the bathroom?), but he doesn't have to prove anything to her. If she wants to gt the license plate #, jot down what he looks like, and watch to see what he's doing, she has that right...but it's clearly racist. She wouldn't have called the police, if he'd been white and looked "normal."

Maybe they've had a lot of crimes in the area from illegal immigrants. Or maybe she's been impacted by that. You never know a person's background. But it looks more like a case of Trumperism run amok.

It didn't sound like the police on the other end of her phone were very interested in coming out to check on the racist's complaint. LOL.
