Innuendo Studios -- The Alt-Right Playbook: Always a Bigger Fish

Last edited Fri Mar 22, 2019, 06:08 PM - Edit history (1)

i've been linking this person's videos for several months now, they're always interesting to me, but this is by far the most important one as it really digs into the answers for the question i see around here a lot in various forms: "why do financially-strapped Republicans vote against their own best interests?" the video really digs into an answer for that "Why" question in an easy-to-understand way.

ETA: author updated the video with an endnote explaining the origins and philosophy of post-enlightenment western conservatism

That is: as hateful, elitist, and repressive as traditional fascists (even at their own expense).

But without the sole significant virtue of traditional fascists: support for major public works.

These cretins - as a group - are the worst of both worlds, and thank Goodness our democratic institutions are still strong, or they'd gladly applaud genocide and a new world war.
