Tim Conway destroys his castmates during a "Mama's Family" sketch on the "Carol Burnett Show" by refusing to let the scene continue until he can finish a story about a circus elephant. Unedited!

I always loved watching this show.

5. Tim Conway said that his goal was to make Harvey Korman lose it during a skit.

He had it down to a science, I think. Korman's breaking character because of something Tim Conway said or did was one of my favorite parts of the show.

I always laugh when I watch the elephant story.

6. I was truly blessed to see some of his early performances on The Danny Kaye Show waaay back

even though fifty years hindsight has shown a lot of Kaye's novelty songs to be some really racist stuff, but that was true of the entertainment industry as a whole at the time. Korman's work with Mel Brooks over the years will always be among my favorites.

9. That was actually the SECOND version of the Elephant Story.

It was different from the one Conway did in the dress rehearsal.
