$15 Passes in St. Paul




On Wednesday the St. Paul City Council passed an ordinance that will raise the minimum wage to $15 over the coming years. It was later signed by Mayor Melvin Carter. The increase is the product of a four-year campaign by Twin Cities workers fighting for $15 as part of the national movement for $15 and a union.
