Republicans & Trump can block them. The pressure needs to be doubled.

my post. The Republicans are still proceeding with their lawsuit, and will do everything they can to kill any fixes to the ACA, while portraying it as Democrats fault.

You are right that we can't pass anything on healthcare that would get signed or probably not even past the Senate
One thing the Dems could do to all the lying repubs is put up a stand alone bill on pre-existing conditions and challenge the hypocrites to vote for it

Maybe not 70 times, but you have a good point, maybe bring it up for 4 or 5 votes just to drive the point home
