At the end of the interview, she thinks she deserves a medal because she introduced Susan Rice to some committee members.

She thinks both things are true, that Dr. Ford was a victim of sexual assault and that Brett Kavanaugh has been falsely accused of sexual assault; according to her, it’s a false accusation because it happened 36 years ago and there’s no corroborating evidence. Huh?

She doesn’t mention all the other accusations by other women against him, or the statements by his former roommates and friends about his drinking problems.

Her thinking is deranged.

Of course, she betrayed women. Otherwise, she would have insisted on more investigating into the allegations that all the women had made. What was the rush, what were they afraid of? She is just as crooked as all the rest of them. I don't care what her reasons or motive is, another couple of weeks wouldn't have been out of line. If she truly didn't believe the allegations then that should have been all the more reason to investigate. She and 'they' are disgusting pieces of humanity!!

Collins betrayed more than women with her vote. Even without the accusations of sexual misconduct, Collins helped put a conspiracy believing, biased, snarky, vindictive boofer on the Supreme Court. Vote her out and never let her back!

I hope this teaches all of us (but especially angry liberals, Green Party spoilers and the "non-political&quot ) that elections have consequences, that the parties are not the same, and that you can't rely on a Republican to do the right thing no matter how "moderate" they make themselves out to be.

Susan Collins might say she's a moderate and all that crap, but she almost always sides with her party. Same with Jeff Flake (fitting name).

Instead of relying on "moderate" Republicans to save the country from the right-wing wackjobs in the Republican Party, maybe left-leaning constituencies should turn out and f-ing vote from now on! I'm talking about all those demographics that hardly ever show up in numbers equal to the old white people who vote for the GOP. These include young people, some minority groups, liberals/progressives/the Far Left, and the 40-50% of "non-political" people who would rather watch Dancing with the Stars take the time to vote.

By not voting, especially in Congressional elections, sane Americans are letting the insane, out-of-touch, right-wing 30% of the population run this country into the ground!

If an alleged sexual predator's appointment to the SC, as well as Trump's awfulness in general, doesn't motivate Democrats and left-leaning Independents to vote this fall, I don't know what will.
