Though several of the impressions were good.

They were really excellent. Kate McKinnon was great as usual too. The others were just so-so.

I’ll be able to laugh again once the Trump family lies cold in the ground.

4. I couldn't stand to listen to him during the campaign

I honestly can't believe he's still around - I keep thinking that the "Dean scream" was all it took to sideline a genuinely qualified candidate.

But I am living to see all of those monsters crash to the ground.

Despicable them.

And I couldn't agree with you more, despicable is a good description - it's gotten positively surreal. I've been posting some of the late night comedians here since I figured we could use all the humor we can get these days, they help keep me sane...

And that's exactly why I started posting them - I look forward to Colbert every night, too - helps lift my depression after watching the news!

12. And let's not forget Stephanie Miller and her gang on morning radio.

If I couldn’t get the news (which I call “the horrors”) filtered through their singular blend of dark, informed, insightful commentary and loopy, bawdy, sophomoric humor, I’d be stark, raving mad. Stephanie is also a really fine interviewer, and draws on an impressive roster of guests.

But yeah, Dean got the treatment alright. The sting was somewhat alleviated by all that sweet, sweet corporate lobbying sugar, however.

Alex Moffat's Chuck was pretty great, too! Alex is one of the better mimics on the show. after Kate, of course.
