especially MacLean's mention of plans to make changes to the US Constitution through a constitutional convention which hasn't been held since 1787.

that has been rumbling in the underbelly of the beast that is the kocktopus for well over a decade now. They hoped W would deliver for them. He gave them a big boost but didn't completely let cheney sell the entire farm at that time.
