Knowing their days in the White House and Congress are numbered, the GOPee is dead set on leaving whatever Democrat takes office in 2021 another Bush-style debacle.

They're convinced voters will react the same way: by blaming the inheritor of the situation, rather than the bequeather.

The sad part, is that they may be right (I hope not).
