His cabinet picks were all designed to tear apart the agencies they were in charge of. Everything from alienating our allies and further dividing our country has all served Putin’s interests!

I've been following real estate. Some real estate "experts" talk about four phases of a real estate bubble. They are claiming we just left phase 1 and have entered phase two. They claim when we get into phase 3 & 4 is when the bubble pops. We'll see. I hope we all make it through OK.
