I made it a little past him saying it was uplifting, that all the children had toys and bright colored bed spreads. Some were on their way to an aquarium. They were going to see things they had never seen before. He acknowledged you could tell they had been through a difficult experience but they were smiling now. I'm a therapist and I don't know what that even means. How could he possibly think any of that makes up for not having their parents? WTF is wrong with those people? And finally, Florida is incredibly short on foster care beds. Why are there so many open at this facility?

So he went to a Catholic shelter, not one of the Wal Mart shelters. And, OMG, they have AC. I'm sure that's a great substitute for their mother.

Why would a Latino, or a black person, or anyone who is not white become a republican?

They don't learn....

Mr. Carlos Curbelo, you are just a tool for trump right now, and when the time comes you will be left on the curve like a little poodle that you are. You should talk to Mel Martinez, like you, he was also a tool for GW Bush, when he got to Washington he was sent to the basement with his red stapler (reference to the movie 'The Office'), and now he is out of politics...the same is going to happen to you.

To try to put a twist on child separation is immoral, stupid and can only come form the mind of an immoral and stupid person...How can he think that being under A/C, having toys, touring Miami, is going to replace not being by your parents? What a scum of a person, and to top it off, this is him "Born to Cuban exiles that fled Fidel Castro's regime in the 1960s". His parents went through the same as these migrants, but he has not learn anything.
