The tyranny that is suggested is just an evolution of the manipulation and hypocrisy that Whitey has been using with the Constitution and other laws throughout the history of this country when they have tried to script things to their benefit. Like any issue that has been brought up by Blacks or minorities that Whitey has shut down by using the Constitution, or morals, values, and ethics, and not been pushed back on has opened the door for just this kind idea to manifest itself for a situation like this. Where there used to be an expectation of trust and integrity from the occupant of the White House the fact that a Black man was actually elected as president, TWICE, has now raised the red flag that all bets are off and it's time, while they have the power, to benefit anyway they can by any means necessary and at the same time cause problems for whoever holds that office after them, even if that means re interpreting the Constitution or any other law that has normally been abided by. Don't be surprised to realize that this was going to be the Republicans' playbook anyway. They just ended up with a more vile and vindictive person to push it but who also brought some other issues of his own into the scenario.
