Along with the current media controversies. The thing is, she never did a whole lot in public anyway. As for her Tweet, anyone could have written that. If she really is around, she could easily step out and wave and put an end to all the speculation.

WASHINGTON — The hallmark of President Trump’s Twitter feed is that it sounds like him — grammatical miscues and all.

But it’s not always Trump tapping out a Tweet, even when it sounds like his voice. West Wing employees who draft proposed tweets intentionally employ suspect grammar and staccato syntax in order to mimic the president’s style, according to two people familiar with the process.

They overuse the exclamation point! They Capitalize random words for emphasis. Fragments. Loosely connected ideas. All part of a process that is not as spontaneous as Trump’s Twitter feed often appears.

I know a lot of people were hoping John Oliver would take over from Jon, but I think that Trevor has done a stellar job! John's show is excellent, too - and he couldn't delve into one topic like he does every Sunday on a four-nights-a-week show. And Trevor is as good as anyone - keeping up with the latest Trump outrages!

Trevor comes from South Africa, which is even more amazing! I happened to catch one of his comedy stand up specials and he's really good - besides just being funny, he's great at impressions and voices! I'd love to see him do more of that on The Daily Show.

He sometimes mentions things that happened in his childhood, his grandmother sounds like quite a character. And he's biracial - his mother was South African and his father was Swiss, which was illegal in apartheid South Africa, must have been tough! He talks about it in this earlier performance:

That's not the one I happened to catch, but in this one he explains about his background. It's pretty unbelievable - but those "laws" really weren't that long ago - and he seems to have survived it with his sense of humor intact - and he really is incredibly talented.
