He actually sounds like a regular lawyer or judge. Nothing like what I expected from Fox Noise Maraya1969 Apr 2018 #2

Apparently, Trump was given a heads-up that the raid was going to happen, (probably as the FBI agents were entering Cohen's office, apartment and hotel room). Another report said Trump was watching it unfold on TV. Typical Trump.

It must be getting a little tight in Trump's tighty-whiteys.

ETA: All kidding aside, Napolitano makes the clear point that a Federal judge had to be convinced that there was evidence of a crime and that the attorney-client privilege could be pierced by Federal prosecutors. Fox viewers need to hear this over and over.

Furthermore, the FBI didn't act without approval from the chain of command, especially since it involved POTUS. No doubt, Robert Mueller got approval from his boss, Acting Attorney General Rosenstein, to turn over the evidence to the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. When it was decided to apply for the warrant(s), there's no doubt that FBI Director Wray knew about it and he would probably have informed AG Sessions. Sessions probably told Trump.

This story just gets more and more interesting.

And it comes when the truth can no longer be hidden behind their usual false narrative. When even Fox News comes around and sees the light, you know that it must be the beginning of the end of removing Cheetolini from the White House.
