If anyone had imagined this a couple of years ago, it would have been dismissed as a bad movie, couldn't happen here...

The snow has let up for the moment here, but I keep checking the weather forecast. I was supposed to go to Albany today, but I put it off because it was supposed to be even worse to the South! And it looks even worse where you are - stay safe!

13. That's what I heard on both the Albany news and the Weather Channel

That the storm is really hitting and there are lots of closings. It was the same here last Wednesday and Thursday, not to mention the end of the week before, and later today isn't looking promising. We rarely lose power here, either, it's a newer area, but last week there were numerous power outages all over. I'm just watching and hoping that the worst of it's over, but I'm not holding my breath.
