their right to live trumps any right to bear assault-type weapons. There is no logical reason for anyone - outside of the military or police - to own those types of weapons and the high capacity clips to go with them. None!

as soon as they're old enough, but maybe run for office some day. And sooner than later.
They may yet be our salvation, at least on this issue.
