3. Why can't he be against Bush's second class citizen guest worker program and for DACA?

Gust worker programs aren't imigration. It's a legalized mule system.

Guest worker programs are a right wing dream.

4. Immigration Advocates Strongly Supported That Bill...

...it also had a path to citizenship that would have mooted the current DACA dispute.

Saying you were protecting immigrants by opposing the 2007 bill is like saying you are protecting women from harassment by opposing their advancement in the workplace.

I doubt those subject to deportation are thanking Bernie for his concern in opposing the 2007 bill.
