President Vicente Fox on trump's border wall

Jan 18, 2018 --- “Build that wall,” was Donald Trump’s rallying cry during his U.S. presidential election campaign, promising that Mexico would pay for it. One of the strongest critics of that promise was former Mexican president Vicente Fox, who sat down with CBC’s Heather Hiscox to react to news that Trump’s chief of staff, John Kelly, said the president had been uninformed about wall.
