how these numbers are so 'high.' What could possibly merit raising the failnot fail numbers from 0 to 53? Ignoring the third category of "I'm so dense, I can't even puzzle out my own thoughts on this," 47% think it's been a success? Based on WHAT?

I have the awful feeling that the absolute lowest number that that 47 could sink to would be whoever could find a way to overlook a smoking crater where a US city used to stand.
