I was told that George W Bush had destroyed the GOP 10 years ago for starting a disastrous war. There must be some mistake.
They can always go lower and they have the financial and media infrastructure to drag the rest of us with them.

the federal government. The combination of appealing to the worst instincts of low-information voters and being willing to cheat seems to keep the GOP in robust health--and power.
