Last week Chicago was able to declare ALL patrol police are now camera equipped . This will help many good police avoid accusations from criminals and document their work load. This will weed out many bad ones one the first offense instead of years down the line after they have finally murdered or other serious crimes . This results in a better force.
The action is giving transperancy to police and the community they serve.
That is one thing going on in Chicago at least in regards to his speech subject
