Seriously, we all know that babies don't pay off for at least 18 years! By that time, most of us baby boomers will be heading off to that retirement home in the sky.

Bring in workers NOW, especially when unemployment is getting lower, and they'll be improving the nation's productivity and paying FICA taxes for the next 20 years, while those babies are costing bunches.

Of course, Paul Ryan doesn't want to fund those babies' education, day care, medical care, or even nutrition.
