He was my governor and was one brilliant guy. I remember hearing that he was offered a spot on the Supreme Court, but that would mean he'd have to stop speaking out and he was unwilling to give that up.

Of course, his other son is governor now, but he's not all that popular here upstate. I think that Chris is personable and has a sense of humor, like his Dad.

and got so irritated that I had to change channels. Chris is sharp, does his homework and doesn't let his guests ever get away with BS. I would watch him over Moron Joe any day of the week.

His dad is a brilliant example of a real Dem. In 1983 I wrote my first nasty letter to Reagan since I could see my future realistically. I graduated college, couldn't get a job outside of Dairy Queen and when I finally did I was let go after only 6 months due to the stock market crash in 1987. I HATE REAGAN...he is the reason for the Moral Majority hypocrisy , trickle down economics BS and stagnant wages that I have suffered through for 30+ years.

I think Chris was pushing the issue way too much that he should have thanked Trump which I thought was BS and LaVar makes a great point about saying you're not just gonna thank somebody just because they said, "I did this" where's my thank you? which but neither took the exchange terribly serious which I found enjoyable. People need to loosen up sometimes and that is what I enjoyed about the interview.
