If you read the description on YouTube, the reason he was getting the ticket was that he was parked in the valet zone. The valet had the keys, and he had the hotel's OK to be there. All he had to do was not be a douchebag and he could have beaten the ticket.

On a side note, he was written up in Entrepreneur Magazine a while back, and I remember thinking how much I've grown to hate that mag, as much as I used to love it.
