WikiLeaks: bad for US, good for Latin America?



WikiLeaks has sparked outrage among world leaders for the secrets exposed. From the detention of Bradley Manning to the attempted extradition of Julian Assange we are seeing the fallout of it all. But different countries reacted differently on their secrets made public.
