(86,867 posts)house sitting for a couple weeks and there is a teevee in the place so I have been watching PBS... who broadcasts NHK news (Japan) twice a day. Last night I was up late, I've been horribly ill and don't sleep normal hours right now, and watched the NHK broadcast and on the crawl there was an interesting tidbit about how the CIA has determined that the dear leader is not a wack job and, it seems, they don't think he's interested in nuclear war or something like that. Along with that they stated that Japan and other nearby countries don't see him as crazy or gunning for war. I found that interesting in the sense that this, as I have suspected, is all made for teevee with regard to Cheato's blustering about "Little Rocket Man".
Then, to top it off, they also mentioned that he has been invited to attend a meeting with the leaders of Russia and China in the near future to discuss world power.
Something tells me e are looking at that side of the planet's nations looking to give the US a possibly well deserved whack on the peepee with respect to the gungeoneering of America.
Fasten yer seat belts boys and girls, Mr. Toad's wild ride is about to begin.
