If I lived in Texas, he would get my vote.
He knows the issues.
He listens to the people and knows their wants and needs.
Vote Aron Ra.

But he has one big problem: he's a prominent atheist.

(13,110 posts)The Republicans and Evangelicals that are destroying this country need to be stopped !!!!!!!
A country that is anti-science, anti-women's rights, anti-equality for all races, purposefully
strives to keep it's prisons filled, and allows the police to murder it's citizens should not have global influence.
I don't want the U.S. to become a Corporate Theocracy backed by the military and the police.

Before people get upset with what I just wrote, I know that there are millions of intelligent and thoughtful people in Texas. Those people believe that their backwards opinions and practices are getting good results.

(24,333 posts)Not just because it's Texas. Let's not forget that that in a poll taken in the last couple of years, most people said they'd have trouble voting for an Atheist. Even many Atheists felt that way
