U.S. willing to "take action" on North Korea

Vice President Mike Pence called North Korea's failed missile test a "provocation" and said it is a reminder of the risks American and South Korean service members face. CBS News' Ben Tracy reports from North Korea's capital, Pyongyang.

then the US would have taken other actions- I really hope Lil Kim doens't test again- Pence's words are preparing SK and the world for an attack.
