but since then they've gotten a little more skeptical. Remember, it was a journalist who called it "Operation Pothole."

Cartoonists and comedians got it immediately.

And most of the media fall for it over and over and over again. They need to carry their share of the blame for getting us where we are.

Thanks Keith, for giving me some hope that decent journalism and commentary is still out there somewhere.

unbrainwashing to do. Many are screaming about their love for Trump when they never paid attention to previous wars and the same players who are ramping up even more.

Some have learned their lesson when they ran out and volunteered for Bush/Cheney lies or their family members, who died for lies,or can't get medical help needed now.

Olbermann is by far my favorite broadcaster, with no conflicts to appease corporate media ratings bosses like MSNBC and CNN whose focus is on entertainment value.

The media is a tool to be leveraged for propaganda use while acting as willing accomplice for ratings. Bryan Williams should be fired for calling tomahawk blasts "beautiful" - he's been a joke for a long time.

I don't see how Trump can maintain this war crap - he has no understanding of policy or risks of military use, and he's on very unsure footing. He doesn't know wtf he's doing. Also, both Russia and China can probably blackmail him. Probably why he got a good NSA team in there to protect him from himself.

Republicans, the RWNJ's and especially the RW hate radio and teevee pundits have succeeded in pulling the conversation so far right over 8 years of harping their confabulations that I'm only ever seeing glimpses of bonafide left wing talk any more. Harping about the "liberal media", which never was IMHO because all I ever heard was center-right wing reinforcement in collusion with consume-this, consume-that advertising.
When I got a start in adult life with no more than I could carry, seldom enough to eat and sleeping under a freeway bridge to survive , it gave me quite a different perspective on how most Americans live.
I could never quite emotionally handle most television programming. It's all so far removed from my own reality that I murdered my teevee during the RayGun administration, when I had a tendency to throw things at it in a futile rage.
It has stayed dead in in it's grave ever since.
