Blackberry, Windows & other smart OS phones equal < 1%. The rest are not-smart phones.

A cheap Android phone runs $5/mo for 24 months, or you can buy a super cheap one for less than $50 from china.

But in this guy's worldview all the poor (GOP code for: black) people are walkin' around with $600 iPhones and driving gold Cadillacs and must be stopped.
