2. There are two theories I like

The first is that he paid no taxes in 2008 or 2009 because of investment losses, and he doesn't want that to come out. The second is that he's not tithed his 10% to the Mormon church, and the tax returns would prove that.

While the Mormons might give him a pass on the latter (pun intended) especially if he wins, the American public isn't going to like the former, if true.

5. I believe that Romney is hiding his returns because...

He committed years of criminal tax evasion by way of his Swiss bank accounts, took advantage of the amnesty program the IRS offered to Swiss bank account holding tax evaders in 2009, paid the back taxes and the assessed penalties, and thus avoided federal criminal prosecution for tax evasion. John McCain never saw Romney's 2009 tax return. Romney didn't release the "Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts" (FBAR) report when he "disclosed" his 2010 returns for the same reason.

The release of his tax returns would reveal him to be an unindicted tax evader who escaped federal prosecution via an amnesty program offered by the IRS. Basically, he doesn't want everyone to know that he's a tax cheat who got away with it.

Definitely something very fishy - - he's obviously hiding something major or else he wouldn't allow this to blow up the way it is. We need to keep pressing his campaign on this issue - it is so idiotic he thinks he can just squirm out of this.
