Conan makes you laugh while revealing local TV news doesn't write their own copy

Watch as local news anchors repeat the exact same line over and over. They all get their copy from some company that sells human interest stories and probably more to local tv news shows that are too lazy to do their own reporting.

"I scream, you scream...well...you know the rest."

UNDATED (CNN) -- I scream, you scream. You know the rest. From ice cream trucks on demand to recipes at home, here's the scoop on the coolest ice cream apps.

Remember what it was like to chase the ice cream truck down the street? So quaint, so old-fashioned, so delicious. Now it's gone hi-tech, for a sweet test-drive at least.

Uber, the app that lets city-dwellers summon transportation to their doors wanted to try that concept for another set of wheels.

So in seven cities, including washington, new york and boston, for just one summer day, they decided to try ice-cream trucks, on demand. Uber Washington General Manager Rachel Holt says, "When you open your Uber app, in addition to sedans and SUV's that we normally offer, you'll actually see an ice cream truck."

Corporate media has taken over true journalism it seems. My small hometown "news" paper is actually called "The Advertiser."
