voucher, and he is correct. This is what Price and Ryan want:

So it is natural to assume that since price is trump's hhs appointment, he would follow something similar

Bernie is also correct that vouchers will be a disaster and people will die

While Bernie is ambiguous about what will happen, in my mind there is no doubt the ACA will be gone within a year.
