3. You need a simple sprag adjustment on the airshift transfer case

Only, it's no longer a simple manual adjustment easily accomplished with a sprag wrench. The sprag type t-case has a piece of linkage between the trans and t-case that is now air actuated. To remedy your problem, you need a voluminous source of hot air. Hope that helps.
