(1,408 posts)The local tv stations, with the exception of one, are reporting it like it's the workers and unions are in the wrong and making them at fault..
They have worked without a contract since 2015 and they were scheduled to go out the first part of December but delayed it until after the holidays.
I believe that it's wages, health insurance and working conditions. One offer made to them would have been a net cut in pay even though there was a raise involved. But with the higher cost of insurance....
With trCHump and the reTHUGliCONS running almost everything, it's only going to get worse.
I live 25 miles NW of Dayton.
