This is like a police chief winking at the criminals. His cabinet picks are consistent in each area: When the regulated become the regulators and ignore the regulations they are required to enforce, you have, in effect, no laws at all. You may as well waive the entire criminal code and the vaunted Republican Rule of Law is out the window

The pattern is pretty clear... Pick someone you know who hates the cause.. someone who will work to shut the cause down.
