In this final video, FBI Director James Comey testifies that the emails were not properly marked as confidential. Rep. Cummings confirms that the State Department indicated a day after Director Comey made his statement, had indicated that even the three emails in question that were improperly marked were also not actually classified.

1. The confusion was about 3 emails out of 30,000+.

And now there are 3 emails not hers. Comey was pretty cool at Ashcroft's hospital bedside, but when it comes to winning a presidential election, even decent people can be moved to do wrong things.

He had a good name but it is now shit to me. I guess they have something on him.

3. And the "confusion" turns out to been just an excuse to insinuate that Clinton had...

...illegally shared classified information. Comey is a partisan hack.

4. So what I hear there is Cummings calling Comey out on a lie

in that there were not a "small number of classified emails" handled on Hillary's private server; in fact there were zero.

Which means, Hillary and her staff handled every single one of those tens of thousands of emails perfectly, and she told the honest truth when she said there were no classified emails on her private server.

5. Precisely, Comey lied to Congress in effect, but did so very cleverly to avoid prosecution.

They are adept at parsing their words, as one expects from these politicized lawyers.

And even though there was absolutely nothing there, they justify continuing their witch hunt based on what? A giant nothing burger.
